61 Mary Street is a key A-Grade tower in the heard of the Brisbane CBD. An asset of its class does not come onto the market often, so a consistent, clear and bold message was needed. Untold was given the opportunity to assist with the property marketing for this asset, which included the branding, information memorandum and electronic marketing designs.
This campaign focussed primarily on digital, with an interactive information memorandum being produced, and then distributed through CBRE and Knight Frank's database, packed in a beautiful EDM that linked to the IM as well as provided recipients with initial highlights of the asset.
This campaign concluded with QIC accepting an offer of $275 million from Charter Hall.
